Her journey began at the unique intersection of business and culture. Julia’s career started with international experiences, living and working everywhere from China to Chile. Over the years, she’s worked in startups, led transformation in the railway sector, and consulted in the automotive software industry. Each role added a new layer to her understanding of tech, people, and business. All of this led her to launch LuxeAI Consulting, where she now helps clients navigate complex change through smart, strategic, and human-centric AI solutions.

Her certifications include Scrum, SAFe, and specialized credentials in AI Design Sprints and digital business management.
