Dil Bahadur Bhomjan: My name is Dil Bahadur Bhomjan, and I come from a humble background in Kavre, Nepal. Growing up in a small village taught me the importance of discipline, respect, and making the most out of limited resources. From a young age, I was naturally drawn to helping others and creating meaningful connections — something that later became the foundation of my passion for hospitality. My early life shaped me into a hardworking, people-oriented person who believes that small gestures can make a big difference.

Dil Bahadur Bhomjan: My journey in hospitality started with very humble beginnings . I first worked as a cleaner. I still remember the tough early days: doing construction-related work in the peak of July heat, with no air conditioning in the rooms. I’ve swept roads, cleaned glass panels, and done every task with full dedication — no matter how big or small. Over time, I kept learning, improving, and never gave up. My commitment and passion helped me grow from those early days into various roles, and today I proudly serve as Assistant Front Desk Manager at Royal Central Hotel The Palm. It’s a reminder that no job is too small . And hard work truly does pay off.

One of my goals is to work internationally in Australia, New Zealand, or Canada if the right sponsorship opportunity comes along. But at the same time, I’m genuinely happy in Dubai. This city has given me so much in terms of growth, experience, and opportunity. Whether I continue my journey here or abroad, my focus remains the same: to keep learning, keep leading, and keep making a difference in hospitality.
